You are aligning to a new vibrational certainty.
It is important to honor and become conscious of this transition.
Notice where your old reactions are still staring you in the face like a big bully.
"What are you going to do about me? Huh?"
As you remember to breathe it is often helpful to turn your attention to a high frequency offering such as nature, high vibrational music, a deity card to name a few good choices.
As you offer yourself in complete surrender you will be guided to a higher sequencing.
You will begin to understand that you have been invested in old wounds of victimization that have been the building blocks of the old consciousness that is soon to leave your planet.
As you recalibrate to your new vibrational certainty.
