Bow your head to the aspect of Self that exists simultaneously to the one that is still residing in the energies of the belief of fear.
The more that you recognize that you exist beyond it, you will transfer your awareness to that reality. Become the meditative observer of the afflictive emotions of fear, guilt, anger rather than maintaining an identity with it.
You are not your "I' you are not your mind's continuous stream of thoughts.
You exist beyond that as the greater I AM, the greater Self.
Allow yourself to be lifted up to that expansive awareness now.
