Just know that your etheric Stargate that is around you is a consciousness. It takes care of you. It will not allow energies that are too much for you. It might seem for a few moments it is too much because you will be stretched to allow more, but know that you are being taken care of throughout this process. And as you allow these energies to flow through you, it will bring an energetic cleansing and you might find that afterwards your life is a little different. Because with this cleansing, old patterns might simply be washed away, not because you are trying, but simply because you are relaxed and open.
