Allow your awareness to move from within the physical body to your Superconsciousness, to being aware from the Quantum Field rather than just from your humanness. This is just a change of focus, so to speak. It is not so much a doing. It's just holding the intention to be part of the Quantum Field. For as you know, your Superconsciousness can guide you. But for the human part to become more aware of the messages, you support yourself there through your Superconsciousness, through listening and feeling your intuition. Your intuition comes in many ways. It can come as a thought, as a sensation in your heart which moves you or as a gut feeling which propels you. These are all ways your intuition tries to communicate with you. Trust these messages. They are always the highest potential in that moment.
