Gratitude is a powerful tool, because gratitude can be accessed at any moment. Even when you are in what would seem to be an extreme low, if you can, muster the will to focus on anything that brings gratitude. It could simply be the fact that baby koalas exist and that they are out there eating eucalyptus somewhere in the world. Wow, that is so cut, thinking of their little mouths chewing the leaves. Beloveds, it does not matter what it is. Find any excuse to bring gratitude. Because you are retraining your mind. You are eliminating the negativity bias. And Beloveds, as you vibrate with these higher frequencies, these higher emotional experiences, expect the unexpected, expect magic. Do not try to tell the Universe how it will come, but focus on the feeling of your life being uplifted in its totality. This is where trust comes in. Trust and explore your potential to create.
