Marry me | Poem by Ananda

Marry me said wet to water, yes said water
still to this day they are one.
Marry me said the clouds to the sky, yes said sky
until this very day they are one
Marry me said soil to the seed, yes said seed
until this day they are one
Marry me said heat to fire, yes said fire
and still to this day they are one
Marry me said cold to ice, yes said ice
and until this day they are still one
Marry me said God to his beloveds,
to which the reply was “It’s so much pain in the world."
