Each Dimension Is a Range of Frequencies
There is a range of frequencies that you call your third dimension. Each dimension is simply a range of frequencies. As the frequency gets faster, it moves from the third to the fourth and so on. We use the analogy of the white light passing through a prism; a beautiful rainbow is created and the colors move and blend from one to the next to the next. There is no hard line between the different colors. Similarly with the dimensions, all dimensions are here, present just as all the colors are in the white light. The dimensions blend from one to the next to the next as the frequency gets higher.
When we work with the Stargate, we ask the etheric Stargate to vibrate faster and faster, and this starts to radiate higher dimensional energies out into this space. The etheric Stargate is anchored by the physical Stargate. The physical Stargate that you see and touch is simply the anchor for the etheric, the conscious Stargate, just as your physical body is an anchor for your beingness, your Etheric body.
