The Answer Is Within
We understand that sometimes it feels as if your shoes are made of cement blocks, and that moving forward seems almost impossible. Sometimes it feels like the desire [to move forward] is there, but, I am this dark room and there's no way out. The thought arises, “I so much want to be out of this craziness that I keep on repeating, but I do not know how.” The truth is, Beloved, you do know how, and you are hiding the how from yourselves. The answer is always within. Understand that there is a part of yourself that does not wish you to change. There is not a judgment in that, it's just noticing that that is the case. Whenever the part of yourself that wishes to change is stronger. Change happens. You have heard someone explaining that their illness disappeared. When they changed their attitude, when their mind changed, when understanding was there, the illness was gone instantly. You all know of healers around the world who heal instantly. You have heard of stories. People in the Stargate healing instantly, physical changes happening. They happen. When the desire to change. Is stronger. And the desire. To remain where you are. Sometimes. In these instantaneous changes. That's part that wants to keep things the same. Disappears for a moment. Then changes almost instant. But for most of you. It is a process, a slow process. You can accelerate it at any moment with your intention.
