Another food that is damaging many of you, particularly in your America, is that which you call gluten. It affects the brain; it limits. We would suggest that if you are interested in this, you take a little time to find out how this limits your brain. We say, particularly in your Americas, because the grains that are here have been altered far more than those that you find in Europe and the rest of the world. Many of you are aware of what you are calling GMO or different crops that have been genetically altered. But we also wish to make you aware if you are choosing to eat meat, that many of these animals are fed with these GMO products. It is altering their DNA. And if you eat the meat of these beings, it is not necessarily beneficial for you either. Particularly in this America, many of the animals are fed on this GMO corn, which is particularly harmful. As you know, the corn has a large sugar content. Avoid this corn syrup, as they call it, if you choose to revitalize your body. So [these are] just a few suggestions for your individual research if you choose it. [Consuming these foods] is one way that you have your foot on the brake.
