Take each impoverished belief and turn it around.
Find evidence to the contrary, no matter how insignificant it may seem.
If you feel powerless find your power.
"Well, I have power over what time I get in the morning."
Do you see where we are heading?
Use your power to change your supposed givens about life.
If you feel unsafe, unhealthy, poor in finances, find evidence, no matter how small a beginning, to the contrary.
And then allow that influence to take hold.
What you focus on increases, as you all understand by now.
What you are to establish in an ongoing consistency is the imaging and manifestation of the new beliefs to which you are now entitled.
