There are a few things that many of you have which are part of your conditioning [that is like a foot on the brake to your acceleration]. One of these things is your addiction to sugars. Many of you have this. Nothing’s wrong with sugar. What is wrong is the addiction to it. It is a choice. Your societies and your commercialism have changed the nature of many foods by so-called refining of them. Much of the refining process destroys the vibrational nature of your foods. And so, be aware of the food that you take in. Listen to the body. Experiment sometimes when you are eating a meal. Eat all of the same thing first and see how the body reacts to that. Then eat all of the next part of the meal. See how the body reacts to that so that you can get a sense of what feels good in that moment for the body. In this way, you can start to become attuned to what your body is wishing to receive. This one Prageet, has no medical background therefore, we have to say for his security in this strange world that the things that we are saying are simply suggestions to you. But your sugars are very harmful in their refined form.
