Participant: Each day I wake up and desire to be in the best energy. Some days are incredible and some days are depressing and filled with lack of motivation. I notice it changes quite often. What’s the best way to wake up in good energy each day?

Alcazar: Beloveds, you started to say that some energies are not the best. We would suggest to you that the energies that you are experiencing are the best energies for you in that moment, whether you are feeling high or low. Everything is a message. Everything is a reflection of where you are at. When you are feeling high and everything is flowing, celebrate. When you are feeling low, ask, "OK, what is bringing me down right now? What are my thought processes? What is it that I am being affected by that is bringing my energy down?" There is no technique about doing this or doing that, starting the day this way or that way. You are all individuals, and you change from day to day. Start to look inside and see what is causing your highs and lows. And as you begin to understand yourself, you begin to elevate. You may still have highs and lows, but as we have said many times, as you begin to awaken. You still have highs. You still have lows. But the highs are much higher and the lows are not so low! So, again, be with this energetic. See where it takes you.
