Don't Search for Joy. Be it.
When you search for joy, you're always putting it in the future. Because you're searching, it means you don't have it. So, stop searching for joy and be it. This might sound oversimplified. But for the mind, if you're searching for something, it means you don't have it. So, you're continuously programming yourself not to have the very thing that you're looking for.
