You Are Constantly Creating Yourselves
You are constantly creating yourselves. Even the cells in your body are being replaced continuously. Your neural networks are continuously capable of detaching from certain programming and recreating the new as you learn, as you grow. And so hold this awareness of your limitless potential and you will be energizing every cell of your body. All of these vast connections that form your humanness and who you think you are can be aligned to the new you these days. Can you sense that potential? Can you relax with it? This is not hard work.
