Hold a Compassionate Energy
As we have said many times, compassion is love and wisdom combined. You can love and understand the challenges, the difficulties that someone is experiencing. You can send them your love, and if they are open, you can assist them with your wisdom. Or you can just simply hold a compassionate energy. And in that intention to hold a compassionate energy, there is a possibility that that individual will start to open up and receive that which they need. It is hard to watch others suffer. That is true, but remember, each individual is the creator of their reality. They are, as you are, moving through their own life's path and their life's path is about learning. And sometimes when you are very unconscious, it takes something of a shock or a deep pain to create the possibility of awakening.
