Goose Bump Energy
Participant: Many of us have what we would call goose-bump energy, like when something happens and it activates your cells and your you just feel a rush of energy cross your skin. I was wondering if you could let me know whether that is a useful energy. Is there something that we can do that's positive with that energy?
Alcazar: Enjoy it. Ask, "What is the message?" Because when you get goosebumps, usually it is because you have heard or seen or felt something which has been energizing, uplifting. You do not get goosebumps when there is something to be afraid of. Enjoy it. Investigate it. What just happened? Because then you can bring your sensitivity to the moment that perhaps you hadn't noticed. That is why the goose bumps are there in the first place. Take note of this.
