If you seek peace, go and first find it inside yourself.

If you seek love, go and first find it inside yourself.

If you seek healing, go first and seek it inside yourself.

Instead of running away from the shadows within yourself, as reflected in the outside go within. Go and befriend that shadow, and ask that shadow why it is there.

Once you start to understand that the shadow is there to serve you, as much as the light, you will start digging deeper. “How were you created? Where do I need healing? Where do I need to forgive, and let go of all shame, blame and guilt, self and others? Where am I playing out the victim role, when in truth I am not wanting to claim my own power and stand in it?

Where do I want to be fixed by someone else, but do not wish to change and do the inner work myself?”

I am reminded how in the “Breakthrough Experience” seminars Dr. Demartini always stresses: “Stop spinning stories!”

In other words stop running away, finding excuses, pointing fingers at others and go and take a deep look at yourself, and acknowledge what is there within you, that you need to own within yourself, so that you can finally heal. Indeed finally see how all serves you.

All paths lead within.

For indeed heaven and hell are created within yourself.

What is inside will reflect in your outside world and what you attract in soul lessons in mastery.

What I am sharing here, I am practicing.

I have my ups and downs, my challenges and joys like everyone else.

But I now do what needs to be done, and indeed in process embrace my Divinity within, As One with the Divine more and more.

The more I set myself free, the more I find inner peace, inner joy, and love everlasting.

Nothing brings greater balance, inner joy and peace, as when you truly do the inner work and indeed find deep love, joy, and gratitude within, balance, unity and harmony. It is priceless.

It takes guts, yes.

Yet the rewards are priceless.

Divine help is always there to assist you to see clearly, to forgive and to heal. Love infinite and eternal lives within you.
