Everything is connected. Everything that you are is creating. Your thoughts and feelings are creating wellness in the body or discord and imbalance. Your past thoughts and feelings, your past behaviors, have created your body as it is now and by changing your thoughts, your feelings, you can realign your body to a higher level of wellness. This too is a manifestation.
