Love the Mind
Love and appreciate the mind. When you notice a limitation of the mind which may have been of benefit in the past, say, "Thank you, let us now evolve together." When you approach your mind this way, you are saying to your mind, "I love you, let us grow together." The mind will be aligning with your higher purpose, your higher intention. It will align with the energetics of your heart.
