Why Did My Heart Hurt During Meditation?
Participant: During the meditation, my heart was hurting and it and was hurting more and more as we went on. Can you tell me why? Or what it was?
Alcazar: The reason that the heart was hurting -- and it was not the physical heart – is that you were experiencing the love that is around you and the love that is within you trying to come out and meet and merge with the love that is around you. So, when more loving people came into the room, it became more painful because more wanted to come out and to connect and to merge with the love of those around. When the Pleiadians came in, they took one look at you and said, "Oh oh, got to work on this heart." And they simply dissolved the rigidity around it. So, allow yourself now to recognize that this is your love and that it is perfectly beautiful to allow it to flow out to others. Because as it flows out to others, it emerges within your self.
