Please take a moment to ask yourself and rest in the following questions:

What is the truth of my inner experience without association to anything else outside of me?

What does it feel like when I draw awareness inward without using my emotions to interpret my perception of how others act or the world appears?

What is my actual emotional experience of me, just as I am, without influence from physical health, a history of experiences, or the internalizing of other people’s behavior?

What does it feel like to just be me with nothing else projected upon it?

Sit with these questions. Give it the gift of your time. They do not elicit conceptual answers, but deeper truths that only your purest feelings can speak.

There are beautiful discoveries awaiting your arrival. No rush. Only a willingness to allow.

May these questions act as your roadmap home. May they reveal how attempting to rid yourself of anything is what makes the pain so insufferable.

This is why you are learning to partner up with the Universe as a co-creative force. You are the divine space holder allowing the Universe to complete each clearing on your behalf.

To further this relationship of co-creation, please go into the exact space these questions guide.

Stay there with openness, curiosity and no expectations. It is the still space always within you. It’s not a space opposite of fear. If fear is present, bring the fear with you into that space. It will leave when it’s ready.

This is what it means to truly get to know yourself.

Many don’t want to focus on themselves because it’s the ego’s final hiding spot.

An ego we respect as the innocence of an inner child, merely dressed up as a history of judgments, fears, and conditions it took on in order to fit in.

May these worlds help you bring it out of hiding and integrate it with the utmost love.

Now is the time to go inward, be still, and allow any sense of fear to accompany you, as the depths of your expansion continue to ground.
