Treat yourself with further kindness.
Attitude towards self is key.
As you treat yourself harshly you will understand the harshness of the world.
Only love will heal.
Only love will administer the rightful passage of allowance.
Only love.
Remember to invite love in.
In each moment of confusion and doubt.
What you offer to yourself is to be offered to the world.
But you cannot offer to another what you have elected to do without.
