Full Moon in Capricorn: Becoming a Loving Steward of Gaia and our Families | Ami Sattinger

According to Western Sidereal Astrology, the Full Moon will be in the earth sign of Capricorn 7/23 conjoining Pluto and Saturn and opposing the Sun in the water sign of Cancer. You may also feel this strong energy over the weekend.

Everything comes to the surface that’s been hiding in the depths of our mind and heart to be released, and it’s not always easy. It’s a wonderful time to celebrate with your tribe whether it’s through singing, dancing, drumming, or spending time in nature.

How can we balance our need for financial security, stability, and achievement, with our strong desire for emotional support and protection for our ourselves and our loved ones? Is there a way to become a righteous steward of Mother Gaia, as well as a loving steward for our families and our tribes?

Pluto wants us to release old default patterns of fear and emotional control, and Saturn wants us to maintain the status quo and develop strong discipline in our lives.

The Moon is also making a sextile to Chiron in Pisces. It’s a great reminder that by showing love and compassion towards ourselves, we can pay it forward, and share these gifts with others who are struggling.

I’m grateful to be getting so much exercise, and using several emotional and spiritual tools. Yet I have never felt so volatile and unwilling to accept other people’s negative and selfish behavior, when it harms myself and other innocent people.
