Bringing in Moments of Stillness
Have moments of peace and stillness in your daily life -- a few moments when the mind is still. This is youthing the body. This is allowing a moment for the body to realign. Bring more moments of silence, of stillness into your daily life, like when you are driving your car and stopped at a light and pause until the light changes.
When taking a walk in silence for a few paces, begin to feel the silence, the stillness, and bring gratitude into this energetic of silence. Feel the gratitude, do not just think it. Feel it.
Yes initially, the thought will be there, but if you continue to intend to bring gratitude into the moments of silence, then you might find that you are enjoying the stillness of the mind and an overwhelming sense of gratitude simply grows within you.
