Allow Your Mind to Be Still
As you go about your daily life, take a moment every now and again to allow the mind to be still. It may only last a moment, it may only last for the length of an in breath, or maybe a little longer. You might find that as you allow a moment of silence and as you make this part of your daily routine, whenever you have a brief moment to pause, if you make this part of your daily routine, you might find that silence lasts a little longer, and a little longer. And in that silence, there can be an opening. In that silence, there can be intuitive guidance. Sudden insight to a situation or a problem that you were not even thinking about can come. In the silence, you allow the solution to come, or the insight to come or the inspiration to come. You are giving a moment of silence for your Superconscious self to whisper to you, to guide you.
