Your Superconscious Is Your Ally
You have come here in order to learn. Your Superconscious wishes for you to glean the maximum wisdom from every moment in your life's experiences. And so, in order for this transmutation to occur deeply and completely freeing you from the past, all that is needed is to meet self where you are at, not denying the emotions, not hoping they will go away now, but moving to say, “Hello. I feel you so deeply that I have pushed you away in the past. Am I ready now to first meet the charge of this situation, of this emotion, to be with the raw energy, so to speak. And secondly, and importantly, I open my curiosity to what messages and intelligence and compassion are actually being stored in this experience. How am I learning and growing?”
Remember, your Superconscious is your ally, and yet it is not going to support you in turning a blind eye to the learning you have literally orchestrated from beyond the veil. So often the way through is to be with the discomfort and fully touch it for but a moment. And the beauty is that then it dissolves. The beauty is that it is no longer held, stored like a time capsule in your energy field for later. You pop the lid on that experience. You feel the confetti of the emotional impact and then it settles and you are left seeing the wisdom, the patterning of why you chose that experience, what you learned from it.
