We have opportunities all day long to express to the Universe our Love and Gratitude, Prayers and Blessings. Taking every opportunity to be mindful becomes a sacred habit. With every breath, we can intend something that brings a positive result.

I have an electric kettle that heats water for tea or french-pressed coffee, but I don’t use it. What serves in its place is an enameled, cast-iron pot that I fill with water and heat on the stove. The transportation device for bringing the hot water from there to my waiting mug is a simple ladle that does the double duty of also carrying my prayers.

It takes five pours to fill my mug, and each one gets a spoken request for my life (and, by default, for every other life) to be blessed with ~

• Divine Love
• Inner Peace
• Excellent Health
• Great Prosperity
• Loving Community

…and that’s only one of many chances we have all day long to send our intentions out for the benefit of the world.

Hiyaya! Make it so.

Make it your own. We all have roles to play and missions to fulfill. Your prayers might be more specific than the big-picture stuff is. It really is all good.



How we feel about our world and our experience is truly one of the most important aspects of this Ascension Journey. Sending out a steady stream of simple good intentions creates lift…the kind of lift that brings an airplane into a completely different element. We have that power, and as more of us choose to embrace and put it to good use on a regular and continuing basis, the Human Collective rises up ever higher and more steadily.

Leaving the home?

Bless and protect our home and all who live here while we’re away. Keep us in an Angelic and Galactic bubble of protection for this outing, and may we bless all we come in contact with and near. In the name of the Light and for the highest good of all concerned.

Taking a shower?

Pray that all beings have the means to engage in healthy hygiene practices, or the focus could be on the water that runs over your body taking with it all that isn’t serving your personal evolution. And there’s always the opportunity to upgrade to intending great things of a collective nature…may all the world’s waters be blessed, etc.

You get the idea. The opportunities are literally endless, and it’s a win~win all around.
