Dr. Bradley Nelson, in his book, The Emotion Code, says that we must process through the release of ancient, embedded emotions just one experience at a time, not in bulk. Not all at once, much as we might like to get it over with and move on.



This seems similar to what’s happening right now on the world stage: we must go slowly through this revelatory experience lest we be overwhelmed by too much alarming information hitting us at once. We’re observing the release of truths as a slow trickle, not the flood that I (and possibly many) would prefer.

Dr. Nelson notes in The Emotion Code that it would be a bad idea to release more than one emotion at a time, even if we could. Not only would this be overwhelming, it would neglect to properly acknowledge those emotions:

[Even] if it were possible, releasing large numbers of emotions at a time would not allow us to honor each emotional experience as we need to. Processing that much emotional energy at once would put an impossible strain on our minds, spirits, and physical bodies. It may seem like a great idea to let go of all your baggage at once, but it’s not something you really want to do. Our subconscious minds are aware of this and don’t allow it to happen for this reason.

Give yourself time to heal. You may feel desperate now, or maybe just excited to be free of your trapped emotions…[but] things will happen exactly how they are supposed to…Trust that wisdom.

I suspect many of us are desperate to get rid of the longstanding stranglehold of darkness over humanity. And we’re so excited, we can’t wait to be free of the shackles we’ve endured for millennia, and move into our Golden Age.



Things will happen exactly how they are supposed to…How many times have we been encouraged to allow things to happen rather than pushing to make it happen on our timeline? We’re repeatedly told that things are occurring behind the scenes, and that things are exactly as they’re meant to be.

Trust that wisdom. We are exhorted to trust the wisdom of our inner knowing, not the impatience of the ego that wants it done to our specifications, and preferably yesterday.

But it sure is turning out to be a slow, slow, SLOW process. More than a year into lockdowns, we’re now in the theatrical unveiling of “The Deadly Vaccine” portion of our program. Exit lockdowns, social distancing, and masks; enter the appearance of murder in the guise of medicine.

Common sense and psychology tell us that humans, even those who are aware of the underpinnings of evil that are gradually coming to light, can’t process too many shocks at one time. Hence the leisurely pace of the “movie,” or “pantomime” as Charlie Ward calls it, that is playing out, with gradual revelations designed to wake people up. Because just like Dr. Nelson notes about releasing emotions, too much at once would overwhelm us.



Many have said that there are things that even the most diligent researchers in the alternative realm don’t know. We think we’re ready to have all the truths dumped on us, but…

The probability of overwhelm goes double or triple for the mass of humanity that is unaware of even the basics (what do you mean, 9/11 was a false flag? What’s a false flag?).

I have little appreciation for a deliberate pace. I like to walk fast and I like to get the chores done quickly. Sometimes I’m daunted by the vastness of a project because it will take so long. Who wants to spend all that time lollygagging around? Let’s get it done and move on.

I’ve discovered that moving quickly won’t write a book. It won’t plant a garden. These things take as long as they take.

In fact, this time we’re in right now reminds me of writing a novel. Even established authors who create outlines inevitably veer off of them, sometimes into a whole different story. Their publishers don’t care as long as the finished product is marvelous, and more or less in the assigned genre. A frothy romance shouldn’t turn into a bloody crime procedural, or vice versa.



Interesting things happen when we don’t try to rush, or control the outcome. An incidental character becomes the heroine or hero. The drama edges into satire or comedy. Unexpected events pop up on the page: where did that come from? Darn, I’m going to have to rewrite the first eight chapters now to accommodate this intriguing about-face.

The outcome of our current story, it is said, is assured. Earth is already in the fifth dimensional timeline, and as many humans as are going to go that route are, as well.

Waiting is hard, for me. Patience is slim.

But I remember writing a novel, and the payoff is the completion. Ah! Pat myself on the back. What a story! Not what I had planned, but actually better, in fact.

I’m holding out for that in the reality of The World. Perhaps it won’t be exactly what I, or anyone, had imagined. Either for us in our personal lives, or for the Earth community.

After all, outlines are just guesswork, written before we know what will actually happen. The story is alive, and changes word by word while progressing through to the last chapter.

And where the story takes itself is surely even better than we could’ve imagined.
