Let Go of Worry

I would like to share some quotes from Abraham channeled through Esther Hicks. The first thing is: "Worrying is using your imagination to create something that you don't want." There are a number of people who have written in over the past weeks saying they're worried about something. So really take this in. Worrying is using your imagination to create something you don't want. When you're worried about something happening or something in the future, you're focusing on that. You're vibrating that thought and that feeling. And that's what you're putting out into the Quantum Field. So, worrying is actually creating the very thing that you're worried about.

And then, of course, when it happens, the mind says, "You see, I was right. It's good to worry." You reinforce your worrying. Understand the process of how you create. Your thoughts and your feelings are vibrations which the Quantum Field responds to. The Quantum Field then brings you situations that reflect your thoughts and feelings. We all have desires that we wish to create in our lives. They're different for each one of us, but we all have a feeling on some level that we want to live in abundance. We want to live in love. We want to have beautiful friends. We want to have a nice job that is satisfying and creative. All these things are in a way similar. And many, many people wish to live that kind of experience. But if you are creating this energetic of worrying, you are creating those things that you don't want.
