An Accelerator of Consciousness
The Stargate is an accelerator of consciousness. And what happens [when you use it] is that you start to actually reawaken your multidimensional DNA. This DNA holds the record of all of your past lives both on Earth and beyond the Earth. It holds the connections to other aspects of yourself and other dimensions. Alcazar says that we all have twelve aspects and our human part is just one of these. So the Stargate is really like an exploratory device. The energies that come, the meditations, are always a response to everybody who shows up, we never know what's going to happen.
