This life can be simpler than what you have been taught. Every moment holds the capacity for you to be utterly present and blissful.

Life is a journey. Sometimes it offers bumps and twists and ruts. Other times it is smooth sailing. When we have minor setbacks, when we slip back, it’s important to get back to basics, get back on the horse.

Remember that a setback is not a failure, it’s only an adjustment.

We ask you to give yourselves more mercy, to be hopeful again, to follow what the soul is asking you to do. Remind yourselves that all things are working with you, for you, and never against you.

When you remind yourself of this and are being more merciful with yourselves, you are working in harmony with nature, speaking the natural language of Planet Earth, which is saying yes, to next yes, to next yes.

This life can be simpler than what you have been taught. Every moment holds the capacity for you to be utterly present and blissful.

Come back to the basics. Your minds will want to focus on how, what, where, when, good, bad, yes or no.

This is something you were taught to do. It is not the true nature of who you are. When you notice your mind thinking, “If it were different, it would be better,” this is the inner child or ego trying to fix or alter something.

That thinking is not your true nature. Listen to your heart’s energy and let that guide your next choice, your next yes.

Everything around you is thriving, and the very life force that grows the apples and blooms the roses also allows your life to utterly thrive.

The life force that hatches the chick is the same life force that allows you to have revelation after revelation—to be in awareness and receptivity of all the things that you not only think you want, but of things you don’t know about that could absolutely delight you.

Your setback, followed by your next course adjustment, can put you on track to absolute bliss.
