Drop the Judgment
Your society trains you to judge, to judge other people, to judge situations. It's one of the biggest things that lowers your vibration, and you are all trained to do. You do it almost unconsciously. You love to get together and gossip. But gossiping is what? It's judging other people or judging situations. It lowers your vibration. It feels good. People enjoy gossiping. Why? Because it makes them feel better than the person or the situation they're talking about. But it lowers your vibration. Judgment is one of the most destructive things to your energy, not even to the person you're judging. Forget about their energy. It affects your energy!
Drop the judgment and your energy naturally rises. Catch yourself, make a decision. I am not going to live like that anymore. And self-judgment is the worst, judging yourself. And you all do that. I'm too fat, I'm too thin. All these different things, I am not clever enough, whatever it is. You have a list of self-judgments. I don't do this. I should do it. I do this and I shouldn't do it. These are all judgments and it is very destructive to your energy. It lowers your energy. This whole process of awakening is about raising your energy and maintaining it at a higher level.
