Entitlement
Entitlement is the cornerstone of prejudice.
Imagine that, so many of us believe ourselves to be better than others. Yes, and their behaviour shows it.
The other day, I confronted a delivery man who was blocking my driveway, blocking my car from backing out, I'm sure “just for a second.” No, no seconds. Not even milliseconds. There is a three car expanse in front of my apartment which is three driveways abreast. It's not some kind of special spot for entitled drivers to park their cars, and believe me, he wasn't the first one. It's three driveways.
The ambulance was there a few weeks ago so I stuck my head out of the door and asked if they'd be long, and they said five minutes, so I said okay. I will compromise when it's called for.
Like I keep saying, there are rules that govern our western society that make everything clear. Although this guy could've parked at the curb side in front of the house he was delivering to, he chose to block my driveway instead. One rule is don't block others' driveways. What if they're having an emergency and have to get to the hospital? You're one more delay to their treatment. And what about their free will? If they need to take their car out, they have to speak to you to move yours first.
I drove to the mall, which, by the way, is starting to look like an Old West ghost town. I can almost hear the theme to “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly,” echoing through the hallways as I walk through there. I saw the new store for Radio Shack closed up the other day, can't remember the name of it, even as long as it's been around. Oh yeah, thanks, it's “The Source.” They asked people to shop on line, which GNC is about to do as well, so I can't go to the mall and buy supplements there anymore. Sorry, folks, but shopping in malls – getting what you want immediately, is a convenience we're going to have to learn to do without. And they have a jab center set up in one of the abandoned stores now too. These are specialty stores that are affected. Obviously Walmart isn't going to be, but it's not a specialty store.
I suggest that when you buy, you buy in duplicate and triplicate. If you know you're going to use them. And then if your mind is old and feeble like mine is, label the bottles 1, 2 and 3, or 1, 2 and “order more now”. That way you'll remember to get them instead of running out. That's what I do, except when I forget to do even that like this week with my Ashwaghanda. I was sure I had 2 bottles left. I had none left.
As I was driving to find a parking spot, again, I found the entitled blocking the driving lane. Just parked there, waiting. A big van. Waiting by the doors. Now there are gazillions of parking spots beside this guy's van, but why bother with them when you can just block the driving lane?
My point is that if you feel you're so much better than everyone else that you can make your own driving rules, but the next person thinks they're so much better than everyone else that they, too, can make their own driving rules, and the next person and the next person, nobody sticking to the driving rules because they prefer to create their own.... what do we have then? We have potential accidents. And we have chaos. We have people who have to drive around your van, as I did, even though there might be a car in that lane. I was pretty sure there wasn't and going around this roadblock would be safe. I don't tend to take chances. But I'm not an entitled driver. I stick to the rules. I know they're there to make driving safe for everyone.
Ivo: My love, you have pointed out two very important facts. First of all, you have indicated that egotism or entitlement, creates separation. And separation creates prejudice. You have that within your society right now and the reason there is intolerance of other races is due to separationist feelings. That you are different from others upon the planet, that you cannot tolerate others upon the planet, that you are not all One. All humans within the galaxy are One, we are all connected through God.
It is ignorance of this law, and it is a universal law, that makes you intolerant of others, or believing that you are better than others, or even worse than others. You have been taught to be divisive and to see that you can do things as long as you do not get caught. This is irresponsible, and I wish to focus on this as well.
Integrity is doing the same thing, whether you are alone or whether there is a police person standing in front of you. If you do something that is illegal, such as blocking the driving lane, because you can get away with it, then you lack integrity. A lack of integrity is often due to separation. The feeling that you can get away with what others cannot.
If you can do the same thing whether others are watching you or not, then you are free. You are not subject to creating appearances. You are free to be yourself whether you are alone or you are with others.
When you behave as if you are privileged, more privileged than others but then that is what the word implies, then you are a divisionist. You are a separationist, listening to your ego which tells you you can do whatever you want.
If your only fear is being caught by the system, then you are in a very precarious position indeed. Because you are allowing the system to dictate your behaviour. You are a part of the Matrix which, I might point out, is beginning to dissolve in front of your eyes right now.
What do you expect will happen to you when there is no more system to run afoul of?
Me: There will be a new system or like we keep saying, there will be two systems.
Ivo: Correct.
Me: But even in a benevolent system of government and business transparency, there still have to be driving rules. They will still have occasion to try to get away with whatever they can.
Ivo: Their thinking will change, my love, except for the ones stuck at the bottom who believe in the Matrix with their hearts.
My dear people, you must understand that common behaviours will change. In ten years, you will look back on some of the things that were thought and practised now and you will chuckle because you will not practise these things anymore. You are undergoing a mass ascension and that means not just the individual, but the masses, will ascend. Many terms from the dictionary will drop from the radar. Many behaviours which are caused by your scarcity thinking, will abate. When you change consciousness, behaviour changes. It has to. Those of service to others will predominate, even in ten years. Because you will begin to see the abundance of life. It is that you are mind controlled into a belief that there is lack that you exhibit many of the chaotic, disproportionate thoughts and behaviours you have now.
“I want the most!” “I am the best!” “I deserve more than others!” All behaviours stemming from these thoughts of lack will be relinquished for kinder, more loving behaviours.
Me: I want to discuss something else with you, Ivo, which I was just reminded of. My new neighbour said he got a job, but he's got a parcel coming for delivery. He asked me if he could have it delivered to my house. It was supposed to arrive yesterday and it didn't. He came to the door at 5:15 and asked me about it. When I said it didn't come, he looked surprised and then I definitely intuited that he was thinking I stole it.
There you go, folks! In this world you can't do anyone a favour without their thinking you're some kind of thief. Next time he asks I'll tell him to have it dropped off at the post office or somewhere else.
Now my character is coming into question.
It's 2:30 now and the package still hasn't arrived. He'll be here at 5:15 for his package again and it may not be here again. And then he's going to think I stole it. The fact is, I don't steal anything. You can shut off the camera's when I go shopping because I don't do five finger discounts, I'm that honest. But now because he's not honest, obviously, and would consider theft himself, he believes that I may have taken it. The more days go by without his treasure, the more my character will come into question and a situation might arise out of it.
I've ordered stuff through the mail that never ever reached me. You can't assume that all packages will reach their destination, and when they do, there are still porch pirates. But I don't steal people's stuff. I'm beyond having to do that.
Like I keep saying, this place is an insult to my integrity. When you work on a different basis, one of being of service rather than of helping yourself to others' stuff, nobody understands you. The Matrix keeps showing up in order to keep trying to lower your vibration. So what do I do, Ivo?
Ivo: You simply assert that you did not take the package. And the next time he asks, the answer is no. Lesson learned. Being nice to people who themselves would steal calls for forgiveness. And you realize you have been in this situation before with the other tenants who helped themselves to your leeks. There are many people, in all walks of life on earth, who steal. You do not. You understand your integrity depends on your honesty. If anything, you are too honest at times, and you broadcast it from the rooftops.
Me: I do.
Ivo: Understand your integrity is most important. Forgive him for thinking less of you than you are worth.
Me: Like that hasn't happened before... ever...
Ivo: I realize this, my love. You do not receive the mirroring you require to really stand in your Light. But it is the differences they are pointing out to you that is your mirroring. Understand, people, that that is why you seek spiritual friends who understand you. Because most of the people on planet earth cannot. They are of the old system. You are here to build the new system.
You do not steal because you have figured out how to use the Law of Attraction. So everything you come by, you come by honestly. You do not believe in lack any longer, therefore you are not subject to it.
However you still believe in dishonest people.
Me: Why wouldn't I?
Ivo: True. Thankfully you believe in us. We do not lie to you.
Me: Yes, thank God. Lies just make me feel insane.
Ivo: Lies are insanity. Theft is a manifestation of lies. Simply hold your ground with this man, my love. You did not steal his package nor would you. Yes, I understand that few there who understand you. One is beginning to do so. Your neighbours next door. They see the gem you truly are. And their behaviour towards you is changing.
Me: I still want better for myself, because I believe I deserve it.
Ivo: You do, my love. You certainly do. However do not look at life on earth as being punishment, or something you do deserve or do not deserve. You simply came here for the sakes of others. You came here because they deserve better than their current selves. They cannot treat you properly because they do not know how. They are ignorant. They only know the old system. They have not evolved beyond it yet, but many will. You and the other lightworkers are already evolved beyond it. And for that you are branded as heretics and pariahs. You did not come here to be accepted. You came here to change planet earth and the fortunes of its people, so that they could enjoy the same fortune as you do in your everyday lives out in the galaxy.
Me: Speaking of which, Ivo, when are you going to land?
Ivo: Yes, this year, my love, this year.
Me: This place is too much for me. I can't not have altercations with my neighbours. They don't understand me. Their ignorance feels like abuse to me. Now Ontario is going into lockdown again for another month. People think the vee is over and done with. They should come to Canada. Agenda 2030 is rolling along just fine here. No change at all. No opposition.
I'd prefer to be in the States now, I think.
Ivo: Yes, trying times. You are feeling the stress of this as well as you pick it up. Remember to transmute daily. Also stay away from your neighbours and do not do favours for people who will not accept the consequences of their request. If the consequences be that you stole their package, then they should accept that. But this man cannot. He expects things to go his way.
