Why do things like this work?

Hello, I am Charles Mbamalu attorney to your late relative, now am contacting you for the claim of your late relatives fund. I shall send you more information and procedures when I receive a positive response from you.

The thing is, this scammer is going to get a response. They wouldn't keep doing it if it didn't work. They keep doing it because they find people who fall for this stuff. I'm sure he is contacting me for the claim of my late relative's fund – his claiming it, not mine.

Hypothetical situation: In my case, I don't have any late relatives – my sister's partner wasn't married to her. And his lawyer wouldn't use email to contact me – they would use proper business correspondence with a letterhead and possibly a legal stamp, they would look up my address and mail me an official document. The other thing is this doesn't even mention the relative's name! Then he says he'll send more information when he receives a positive response from me. I guess he's received a few people responding back negative responses, gee, go figure!

I can't figure out why anyone would get hooked into something like this.

Ivo: Sometimes there are people who are of feeble mind, my love. Also there is bait in this message and it has to do with money. Some people are greedy and want to acquire more income at any risk.

Me: They should go get a job if they're into high risk earning.

Ivo: Often they are people who are not working any longer, and perhaps are on a fixed income which they may find to be insufficient. So they are looking for opportunities to acquire more money.

Me: And the other thing is everyone knows about Nigerian scammers. This guy even uses his real name. Wouldn't it be funny if this were actually Jim's lawyer and he wrote the email like this to make sure I didn't respond and now I won't get five thousand dollars from Jim's estate. It would be funny but not likely.

Ivo: You are amusing, my love. And I heard what you were thinking: You would give the money to your sister because she needs it.

Me: I did think that.

Ivo: This is a good segue into today's subject: People think that self conflict and depression mean you have mental health issues.

No, self conflict and depression indicate that you are fighting with your Matrix mindset in order to free yourself. What those on an ascension path are fighting is fear, low self esteem, toxicity, codependency, often post traumatic stress disorder – complex or simple, and the way to fight these things are to rid yourself of all thoughts that encourage fear and distress within yourself. And to keep yourself front and center in your life. Develop good boundaries and stop doing for others instead of doing for yourself. Take care of yourself first and then worry about others.

It is no secret that many of you upon earth do not understand how to calm yourselves. You are used to running on adrenalin, distracting yourselves from one task to the next without ever taking a break. With your outwardly focused lifestyles, which focus on everything but your well being, how can you not become overwhelmed and over stressed?

Your experts say that some stress is normal. No, it is not. A galactic human comes from a place of peace and tranquility within and does not stress over anything. We have no stress, even in the face of a squadron of draconian ships firing at us, we have no stress and no fear. We have evolved beyond the point of feeling these things. We believe in self preservation so we do not make irrational decisions, however this self preservation comes from a place of love and honouring of the self. Irrational decision making is borne out of fear.

When you struggle with changing your entire self image and all that you have believed about life in the Matrix, you have much to change. Sharon had every reason to do so because she had nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Me: Yes, I was at rock bottom when I was young. The only way was up and I had to take every curve ball the Matrix and my reptilian foe sent to me to empower myself.

By the way, I've been suffering from seasonal depression lately. Canada doesn't get much sunshine in the winter, thanks to weather modification, and we've had a mild winter this year so that means we've been under a deck of clouds which don't show up on radar, by the way, pretty much every day.

Sometimes you have to look back to your parents and see what they were diagnosed with to understand your own problems. I have a tendency to be low in dopamine, not serotonin which all the anti-depressants work on, I'm low in dopamine. The reason I know that is because both my parents were diagnosed with Parkinson's before they died. Parkinson's is a disease that's related to low dopamine levels, so I see it runs in the family. The other way I know is by taking large doses of L-Tyrosine, which is an amino acid precursor to dopamine manufacture, and when I do, I feel better.

Supplements help. I believe supplementation is a 4D way of dealing with illness. The 5D way is to understand what way the thoughts were twisted in order to create this low dopamine, because my one sister and brother don't have depression. So not everyone is predisposed. So there are predispositions to getting illness. I know L Tyrosine really helps me feel better. So try this if you suffer from any type of depression before you take anti-depressants.

I'm of the understanding now that I am dealing with physical manifestations of my misguided thinking through the years. I stressed myself out, wore out my adrenals and with bad eating habits I created all sorts of endocrine dysfunction within my body.

My body is what's really standing between me and 5D. I've done all the work but the only thing left is to heal the body. So because doctors don't recognize adrenal fatigue, and all my blood tests come back within acceptable limits, I don't get any medical help. They'd probably put me on steroids anyway, which I don't want. Or in the case of people who have low thyroid, they radiate the thyroid, killing it off and put you on pills for the rest of your life. I don't want anything like that either. I believe body parts can be rejuvenated – all of them.

Because of these hormonal imbalances, I don't deal with stress well sometimes. Other times I don't even feel it, it depends on the sunshine. Anyone else like that? I'll bet I'm not alone.

Ivo: You are not, my love. Not at all. You are researching Metabolic Syndrome and detoxification of the body. These are two very good places to begin.

Yes, your bodies can fail you after years of stress and incorrect thinking. And as we stated in our message called, “Food and Loosh,” your world is being manufactured to ensure this as well. This keeps you running to doctors and buying their pills, this keeps your frequency low and prohibits ascension.

I would suggest for anyone who is feeling tired, to start to track your energy levels. Also track what improves them, what makes them worse. Understand how you feel after you are with certain people, for example. Do you have less energy after being with them or do you even require a nap after spending time with them.

Watch what you are eating and how your body responds to these foods. Do you feel tired afterwards? Do they upset your stomach? Many of you are astute food researchers because you are aware of the effects of GMO's, Round-up and more. So you eat the best you can.

Often what appear to be mental health issues, or mood swings can be created by the body. So all physical problems must be dealt with otherwise you will continually be pulled back into lower dimensions.

Yes, the med beds will help in this respect, Sharon, but the reason we allow you to undergo your own research and testing upon yourself is that this is part of your re-empowering yourself. Learning how to eat properly to support your body, and believe me, not everyone eats the same diet on planet earth. It depends on your ethnicity, the foods your parents ate, and your personal vibrational frequency. Not everyone eats the same food nor do they require the same food.

It stands to reason that someone who is under a high stress situation must eat better than average in order to be able to deal with this stress well. However, that being said, your collective stress levels are higher than any human's ought to be. And that is by design. It is all designed to keep you down and vibrating at lower frequencies.

All of it.

Sharon, you might do once in a while with a serving of potatos. You have attempted a vegetarian diet and find it unappealing. There is a reason for this. You might add a few carbohydrates to your diet again and you will find your meals more appealing. Your parents ate many potatos, being Dutch, and your body is used to them. They will not create the large sugar spikes that so many claim they will, especially if you leave the peels on, as you are in the habit of doing. However, limit yourself to one large or two small ones per day.

Me: Great. Baked potatos again!

Ivo: Yes, your worst eating habits were not on account of potatos. It was the ice cream, cheesecake and desserts that you ate many of that created your blood sugar problems.

Me: Well, like they say, desserts spelled backwards is stressed.

Ivo: That may not even be coincidence, my love. A return to more of your childhood diet, minus the meat and the milk, would help you. What did you eat when you were thin? What foods did you enjoy when you were thin? And these are foods that exclude white sugar.

Me: That's a good point, Ivo. I ate potatos, bread and vegetables. I often wouldn't eat the meat and the ice cream.

Ivo: You eat more fruit than you did then. And this is good for you.

Look back to the time in your life when you had less to choose from and ate instinctively. Now you have so much to choose from, and you do not know which groups to eat and which not to eat. You believe you have to modify your diet to accommodate blood sugar problems and such, but look at what they give diabetes patients to eat.

It is good to experiment with cooking food, but right now you are too fatigued to cook. So do what your mother did and what you enjoyed as a child. Eat potatos and vegetables. You still enjoy this, so this as well is a bonus.

What the dieters of your world do not realize is that there are reasons they feel guilty eating certain foods, or that they think they should not eat certain foods, or that they are bad. These are very ingrained habits that have to do with self control, or they can be an internalized warning system telling you not to eat the food.

Sharon watches as Merlin fusses through sometimes several different types of cat food until he gets the one he wants. He instinctively knows what he wants to eat. So do you, but this reflex is mired in all sorts of do's and don'ts about food and diet.

Again, if you can become and remain confused about what to eat, the Matrix has a hold on you. Finding your way out of this is pertinent to your ascension. Learning to eat as the body instructs instead of Oprah, Dr Oz and the myriad diet doctors out there. Listen to your body's wisdom. Yes, it is most likely imbalanced right now, but it is telling you what it wishes to eat.

Look for foods that are healthier that you wish to cook. Even if they include meat, cook them anyway. What do you wish to cook? What do you wish to eat? What is appealing to you? This is your mind body connection speaking to you. Understand you have inundated this instinctive reflex under all sorts of rules such as what to eat on birthdays, what to eat in summer, what to eat at Christmas. Social eating is the maker of weight gain and breaker of emotional health. Eat for health. Listen to that which your body tells you.

Food has become an industry which has reeked havoc with your appearance, your health and your sanity. And that is by design, an evil design to leave one feeling overwhelmed and inept, not even knowing what to eat to help one's self. Make a few limits for yourself though: eat no processed foods, eat no foods with white sugar and its other counterparts (fructose corn syrup), and eat what you feel your grandparents would have eaten. If you are young, then your great grandparents.
