Things are not being ripped apart. There is simply a cracking open. Let it happen.

We want to remind you to allow for things to exist in their simplicity.

These days, you may find that things feel complicated and chaotic; yet, there is really no more chaos than before. You are just seeing, experiencing and voicing it in the external world instead of repressing it.

When a volcano erupts and the lava is spraying down, the lava did not just appear out of thin air. It existed within the volcano before it began to erupt.

Simplicity still exists on Earth and the chaos which is being exposed, all of it, already existed. Your world is not different than it was before; it is just cracking open.

We would like to encourage you to keep your eyes AND hearts open. When there are changes in the world, many want to close their hearts, protect themselves, gather their family close and protect them. We encourage you to open your heart even further when you would like to close down. Open your hearts here and now.

Be sure you are checking in with your inner child every day and taking care of your pillars – the things that allow you to truly thrive in the human body. To thrive, some people must be creative every day, some must be outdoors, or connecting one-on-one with people or animals.

Pinpoint at least three pillars and begin to incorporate them into your daily activities, even for two minutes. If you connect with them each day, it allows you to stay connected with the simplicity of what is happening on Earth.
