I have to add here to my own surprise that I’ve become quite unedited when talking to people that I might ordinarily have chosen to bypass speaking to difficult issues with. A dear friend having similar experiences summed it up, saying, “I used to be a nice person.”
It’s not so much that we aren’t still kind, but sometimes the kindest action is telling the truth. This little package of wisdom is welcome, indeed.
Dear Ones,
Some of you walk on eggshells around others for the sake of peace. But doing this interferes with your own flow and your ability to show up as your authentic self. It also rewards others in their reactivity.
So…is that really creating peace or is it choosing to help everyone stay in a lesser version of themselves than what is really possible?
