Compassion for Self
Beloved Ones, as you gently move towards the feeling of gratitude, compassion is needed. You cannot be in deep gratitude without compassion. Compassion, as we have said before, is a combination of love and understanding -- understanding that for each one of us at different times, different moments and in different situations, life is a struggle; life is a challenge. Sometimes we resolve those challenges in a beautiful way. And sometimes those challenges overcome who we think we are and we react to them in ways that perhaps we would prefer not to. And so, compassion for self is needed.
