When I speak from my patterns….

I had a healing from a friend the other day who removed a number of dark entities and I feel wonderful this morning.

So wonderful that, when I observe myself, I’m able to see things I couldn’t before.

The thing I’m noticing at this moment is that I have two distinct systems I resort to in interpersonal behavior. I’d never noticed the matter before.

The first is that I look into my heart. Linda Dillon calls it “heart speaking.” You could say “soul,” “spirit.” Just as good. Here, what I see is in line with the divine qualities – peace, happiness, joy. (1)

The second place I could look is into my behavior patterns. You could say “personality,” “persona,” same diff.

My personality or constructed self is composed of the decisions and conclusions I reached when my vasanas erupted, together with what I consider to be, to use Landmark’s distinction, my “winning number” – my best lines, looks, poses, rejoinders, etc. – all designed to get me what I want.

Love has no truck or trade with deception. Torture me, shun me – what can I say? When I tell a lie – and I’ve watched this – transformative/transfigurative, higher-dimensional love disappears. Just like that. Hard lesson. Much missed. (2)

But here’s the thing. Until this very day, I’ve never distinguished between my heart’s speaking and my patterns speaking (I was going to say “the bottle speaking”).

So that I don’t forget, I have to keep reminding myself that my patterns have no rhyme or reason to them, that they’re in the end as dry as oatmeal, and that they don’t lead to a good place. Things – and relationships – get destroyed when we come from our patterns.

If we’re building Nova Earth, if we’re creating a New-Age philosophy, it has to include a preference for heart speaking over pattern speaking.

I don’t live my life up to the fullest of the teachings I read or what I write. I wish I did.

Moreover, my memory being what it is, I may not remember two days from now what I wrote. Michael says he wants me to be in the moment and to forget about 3D. Ok, but it’s not fun.

So don’t kick yourself if you can’t or don’t live up to them either. Pandemics, lockdowns, vaccines – everyone has a lot on their minds.

Let it all work away in the background and let this just be a conversation.

(2) If we want to know why we’re not experiencing transformative love, perhaps we can look at the amount of deception in our lives. Deception puts us literally out-of-alignment with truth and discovering the Truth of life is what life is all about.
