Catch the Judgment
And so you can see that the brain-mind mechanism in this beautiful human construct, in this third dimensional reality is geared toward focusing on what might happen. It is geared toward the negativity bias. So how to overcome this? It is very simple. We are going to invite you into an experiment this week. We are going to invite you whenever you catch yourself having a judgment, whether it is about yourself or your environment, we invite you immediately to catch it. And the sooner you can catch it, the sooner you break the momentum, Beloved Ones. And so catch it right away and simply say to yourself, "I no longer choose to focus on this negativity." Or, "I no longer choose to judge myself in this way." Or, "I no longer choose to allow my energy to stagnate."
You can shift into a higher state of being. You can shift your consciousness, in a moment, into the pure consciousness of who you truly are. You can surround your brain-mind mechanism with the higher vibrations of the Essence of Life, and you can allow that which no longer serves you to gently, gently, gently dissolve like a trickling stream that leaves your system.
