What is the Alternative? | Steve Beckow

(Golden Age of Gaia)

What is the alternative to all we’ve just witnessed, climaxing in the election?

It has to be love.

As I personally draw back from focusing on the election race, I feel relief. I take some deep breaths and feel love rise from my heart. And it’s like welcoming an old friend.

In laying the foundation for a New Age philosophy, I have to acknowledge love as the alpha and the omega, the first and the last, the origin and the destination.

With the rise of higher-dimensional love, which I’ve called transformative and Patricia Cota-Robles has called transfigurative, all desires cease, except for more love.

The Mother tells us that love is the glue and the solvent of the universe, the substance and the energy. Love is everything and is a synonym for God.

But I can only take that on her say-so.

The only thing that I’m aware of and can actually know is the power of love. The power to wash away the remembrance of all my “missed marks” (in archery, a missed mark is called a “sin”). The power to restore me to my original purity and naturalness.

Imagine. For how long have you wanted to be completely washed clean? The inner tsunami of love is the River Jordan that we’re all seeking.

Perhaps the most enduring image of this election is the burning cities. That is where we got to on our self-destructive trajectory.

The only road back from all of that that I know of is through love.
