Reconnecting with the Inner Child

Question: When I make a connection with my inner child, it is as though I am disconnected. This disconnected feeling is something that I experienced from my early childhood. Can you comment, please?

Alcazar: Most children when they come into this world, feel disconnected because, as we said, very rapidly in the earlier years, the environment that you find yourself in starts to shut down the connection between you and the other side of the veil, your higher self, your guides, those who love you. A sensitive one will notice and feel that disconnection. So Beloved One, it is actually a great gift that you feel the disconnection. Go back to your inner child. Invite the inner child to feel the connection to you. Develop the love, the feeling of safety so that the inner child can be loved, can feel the connection with you and allow it to open again for it has shrunk away from the connection to the other side.

As it feels safe and secure, she will just start to expand herself again. You will find that your connection to beyond the veil, the connection to your guides, your higher self, etc., can very rapidly develop and the separation that you feel, which has extended into your life in several ways will also just dissolve because the power of who you are on all levels, will be coming back to you. Celebrate the awareness and that you have used this awareness to love and connect with the inner child and invite her to open up once more. Tell her, “I am here with you. Let us connect up to our friends on the other side of the veil. Let us do it together. Yes. Let's find out what they would like to share with us.” Talk to her in this way. Help her feel you with her so that the connection with your adult and your child become one, and then you can encourage her, support her to open up to beyond the veil. So you try this and then you let us know.
