People Can't Deal With Their Emotions

Why? I believe that many people have learned to be chaotic. They have a crisis orientation. They wait until a crisis happens before they deal with anything, when their hand is forced.

That includes people in the lightworker and truther communities as well. There's one guy who held an emergency online live meeting with his followers the other night to tell them that the internet would go down for 10 days starting yesterday, and that on the twenty-second of November, on the anniversary of JFK's death, his son would re-appear to lead Americans. Uh huh. Sounds like some of us could use a little grounding. And this is only one example.

What I'm getting tired of is people like this who create drama for nothing. You have to understand there are a lot of people contributing information to the Light community, and they have their own particular styles. Some styles are chaotic. That chaos can filter down into your life and create pandemonium there as well if you let it. I also believe that social media contributes to this problem because if you don't post often enough, your viewers will go elsewhere. Being “woke” is not always about being spiritual. Be careful what you expose yourself to.

I've noticed that some people in the Truth community don't tend to be that centered. They're creating an atmosphere just like life outside in the working world, or in dysfunctional homes, but the fact is, it's dysfunctional. I want the news, not the drama, thanks. These people are creating a stress response in susceptible others who follow them. I see so many “wow” reactions and then when push comes to shove, what they're saying doesn't happen. So what do they do? They repeat the cycle over and over again by coming up with new predictions. That's gotta get old. The ten days of darkness have been projected to happen so many times now I'm getting tired of hearing about it. The fact is, if it's going to happen, if the internet is going to go down and the financial system will be reset, it'll happen when it happens. When you're prepared for it to happen, it could happen any day and it won't bother you. We know what it means and that's great, but why get your hopes up so many times by listening to pundits who predict?

Remember, folks, about this truthing and anything else, it's conjecture. It's not fact. It's supposition. It's their opinion. Opinions are not facts, they're opinions, and people can be wrong. The reason they can be wrong is that they may have a Type A personality that gets its buttons pushed easily. They see something that could support their theory and then they blow it out of proportion.

The internet is still working and for all intents and purposes, JFK Jr is still dead.

Be careful of people who always have “hot news”. They can get your adrenalin going and throw your life out of balance.

Many people have a crisis orientation. My neighbours next door own a car that's a complete and total lemon. The starter always has to be replaced. I hear her get into the car and try to start it. It usually goes to about four attempts until it won't start. Then she'll be late for work or upset because she has to pick the kids up from school. Then she has back-up people to pick up the kids who she has to call, which is great, but why let it get to that point? Right now she's between two and three attempts, which would be a perfect time to take the car to the garage when its convenient for her to do so, and get the starter replaced. Will she do that? I doubt it. She'll wait until it creates a crisis, which will extend into other families because of the support network she has. The best support network to have is one you never have to use. And these people are enabling her dysfunctionality. There's a difference between being kind to someone and enabling them, and when it's repetitive like this, it's enabling.

I used to be this way. Then I smartened up. When I got money I paid off my bills because for a while I went without being able to pay them or the rent. I ended up taking a guy in to help pay the bills but he ended up being a worse drain on my finances than he was any good. The only thing he showed me was how to go to the food bank and to collect welfare, which I needed back then. I was always afraid of running out of food, so now I make sure my basement is stocked up with extras. I was always afraid of running out of money, and this is because it's happened so many times before, so now I have savings. You have to move away from a crisis orientation, and leave people behind who practise it, if you ever want inner peace. If you can meditate your way through crisis after crisis, good for you, but having some outer peace and some inner discipline goes a long way to creating a calm inner life. All these things, of course, help you maintain soul contact. A noisy head does not listen well to small inner voices.

Many of us have never learned to calm ourselves because we lived with parents who were crisis oriented. So in order to stay calm, we have to make sure we don't get upset. We have to put the horse before the cart. You have to look at what you know upsets you, and AVOID it. That's the best way. I avoid narcissists, I avoid running out of money, I avoid running out of food, and voila – it works! Now I find with being home all the time, and with having CFS, I tend to get bored, which sparks off the urge to eat something sugary, so I have to come up with solutions to help break the monotony so that I never get to that point. Going to the park, or going for a drive along the river or into the country might be enough to break up any boredom. Spending all day on a computer drives me nuts, so I have to move away from it and find other ways to relax.

Ivo: My love, the truther community, and the Light community are going through their own ascension as well.

Me: Yes. I know.

Ivo: It is up to the individual to determine who they wish to follow, and as you are pointing out, style counts as much as the information the person provides. If they are providing opinion, that is conjecture and yes, you do have incomplete information right now. You are not privy to the Alliance's secret plans, so the truthers must guess. My advice to you is to take it with a grain of salt. If it comes true, then good, but for now, prepare for anything.

And yes, you do have the option of following those whose personal style works best for you. If you are not keen on having your adrenaline spiral out of control, do not follow those who report false news frequently.

Me: I tend to look for insiders, or whistle blowers.

Ivo: Yes, since they have had experience with the inner workings of government or the military, they would be able to provide a better guess. But what your truthers are doing is guesswork. They do not know for certain although they will claim that they do. Be careful of this as well.

Me: Yes. The world is going through enough already without listening to people who want to stay in your face for the sake of their livelihood. Perhaps they do want to do good work, but you have to consider other factors as well. Some people just like being popular. It's probably a buzz knowing your work is getting passed on through internet channels, that so many people believe everything you say. I wouldn't know because I'm shadow banned, so that in itself is confirmation my work is on point, plus the fact that what we say comes true.

This thing about dead people coming back to life has not happened yet so at this point, until it happens once, I would take it with a grain of salt. I remember that poor girl who seriously thought JFK Jr was going to show up at Mt Rushmore on July 4th 2019 because someone told her that. People, stay grounded. Keep your feet on the ground and don't go off on pie in the sky thinking. Wait to be amazed when it happens the first time, otherwise take it with a grain of salt.

I seem to be one of the few that combats these things: like the Event happening on December 21st solstice. All of us are going to move to 5D. Yes, including my neighbours who can't even have breakfast without a blow-up. That doesn't sound like 5D to me. I'm going to be having a laugh on December 22nd. What Ashtar has said is that some will be going to 5D, those ready to go. I sense right now that timelines are splitting.

And as far as I'm concerned JFK Jr is dead, unless he does appear again, and then I will change my mind. Nobody has yet come back from the dead, so as far as I'm concerned it's not going to happen. Yes I understand that people go underground. But for twenty years? My God! The other thing is, what do people want from him anyway? To become president, I'm assuming. He's my age: 60 now, he was born just after I was, but he's been underground for 20 years if he's still alive. He hasn't accumulated any political experience. Just sayin'

Don't mind if I'm a bit skeptical of a lot of what I see going on. If you're thinking that what I do is the most far fetched of everything going, you need to understand that I see it, and I experience it, and so it's the truth for me. When you do what I do, what's the point of lying?

Ivo: There is never any point in lying. The only point of it is to change another's life to suit oneself. It only messes with others and I realize you would never do it, my love.

Me: I'm already totally weird and completely unacceptable to some people, particularly my earth family I'm totally unacceptable to, so there's no point in doing anything other than telling the truth.

I hear your concern about people lying, Ivo. I got an intuition around it, and I felt how grave it is that people do this to others. Taking them off their path of truth, confusing someone for the sake of either just being perverse, or because you're confused yourself. I never thought of lying as being as severe as you're letting on. What I felt is hard to describe.

Ivo: It is grave. It is a serious offense to a human to lie to them. Yet your people do it to each other all the time. A person is living their daily life and then they come across a liar, who confuses them, takes them out of their path of learning, disconnects them from their God path, takes them away from love, connection and security, for the sake of what? To have that moment of control over another person. Or perhaps for the sake of spite. Yet you see now with your election, the lies that continue to flood your world. When your people are all on a path of truth, they will understand the horrendous act that a lie is.

Me: Well, whether you're lying deliberately or just giving an opinion that may or may not hold water, you're doing this to people then. This goes back to the original discussion in this video. People giving an opinion that's incorrect. Has the same effect as lying to others.

Ivo: Yes, and your people do their work the best they can given what they have. You have worked through many of the things in your life that were chaotic and these are memories for you, while others who still wish to do good, are still living in them. So it reflects in their work.

Me: I'd love to bet someone over JFK Jr. People circulate pictures of him at his current age. I think they're doctored.

Ivo: Whoever the next president is, provided Trump has four more successful years, will not be Illuminati. That is the main point.

Me: Hooray to that.

Ivo: Yes, and we will continue to work with the people of earth so that they will stop lying, misleading others, and all the other things they do that continue to create separation, because my love, this is what this does. It creates separation. That is why, to the extraterrestrial human, lying and misleading is so dire. It splits up, it does not merge together.

Me: That's probably why I'm so against all this conjecture.

Ivo: That would be why. People get sick of it and it stops them from joining the group. They go elsewhere. Makes sense. Rather than unifying minds (agreeing) it splits people up.
