Over the next few days, The Universe is asking that you take some time to find the quiet space within. With the ever-rising cacophony of chaos around you, being in your peaceful place will alleviate unnecessary stress on your physical body. There are also the added bonuses of creating a safe jumping off point to the next wave of change as well as a space to collect and send Unconditional Love to those around you.
