You Have the Ability to Release Your Limitations
Understand that if a limitation comes into your awareness, it is coming because you have the ability to release it. Know this well, you have the ability to release any programming, any habit, any pattern that comes to your awareness. The ability to release it is already within you. So, when you notice, do not push it away. Focus on it and just say to that limitation, “I am ready to let you go.” Ask for the support from the energy field in your space. Ask the energy field to assist you in dissolving that limitation. Ask with intention. Ask with sincerity. And be willing to let it go.
