Allow only love to live here.
Whenever you notice the absence of love within self we remind you that there is a new approach to be explored.
Notice each day where you are not living in the awareness of love.
Offer this energy light, love, allowing it to unfold, allowing it to change its vibration and rhythm.
Do not force anything.
Do not deny anything.
Allow it sacred space.
Allow it the same space of support you would most likely offer to a friend.
Make time to befriend the self.
And offer that sacred space when you notice that love does not reside within.
Breathe, allow.
There are moments of past congestion that are surfacing in order to be introduced to the light that you now hold.
Remember that you carry the light.
You are the torchbearers.
As you offer compassion and light to yourself, you will be set and ready to offer this light to your sisters and brothers.
Allow only love to live here.
