What do we want the legal system to look like in Nova Earth?

Do we want legislative bills with loads of self-serving, pork-barrel amendments? Do we want judges elected or appointed politically – Democrat and Republican judges? Do we want prisons to be for profit?

Incarceration has been shown to have become an industry in some courts. The judge gets a kickback for every defendant sentenced to prison.

Here in Canada, the judges are not elected. A committee of eight legal professionals makes recommendations, which are usually acted upon by government. Sheriffs are not elected. And prisons are not for profit.

Any public service that is made “for profit” is, in my view, risking exploiting its service group – transit, hospitals, police, judiciary, prisons. Public services, I believe, need to be publicly funded and publicly administered. (1)

My attitude towards corruption is that everything will ultimately be tended to (A) by Ascension itself or (B) by the rising vibrations before Ascension. There are also lightworkers tasked with working the process in the name of the people.

The message of all the channeled sources reproduced here is that systems that intentionally and maliciously harm people will not survive into the new world. Matthew Ward’s comments are representative:

“Earth has reached energy planes where everything in low vibratory levels is disintegrating. What has been going on back stage, so to say, is moving onto center stage where the play that’s unfolding can be viewed by the public.” (2)

“We have mentioned in several messages that all enacted or proposed laws in any country that were devised with dark purpose will be stricken. Nullifying all unjust and injurious laws, regulations and policies and ending all harmful systems and practices are integral aspects of clearing the way for Earth’s Golden Age.” (3)

“Ending all harmful systems and practices” will, I’m sure, include prisons for profit as well as the judges who routinely sentence young men (I hazard a guess that they’re predominantly black) to prison for minor offenses.

And, yes, in my estimation, we should give these corrupted institutions and practices a push. Peacefully. Without creating residue. As time goes forward, I think it’ll take less and less of a push to bring about reform.

Having worked within a legal system that was uncorrupted, (4) I look forward to the disappearance of corruption from our legal systems with great anticipation.

(1) Publicly-administered services can often be subject to more effective accountability measures than private corporations. A scandal in one service can bring down a government.

While the government may respond by deceiving the people – one need look no farther than 9/11 for that – at least the government feels a need to respond, whereas a private corporation might not.

All of this ignores the fact that, with Ascension, no one will want to deceive or harm so we’re really discussing (A) the period before and (B) the possible setting of precedents for Nova Earth.

(4) As a Member of the Immigration and Refugee Board. Turn-of-the-century Canadian refugee law appeared to me to be uncorrupted. We did have two Members in Montreal sell decisions. They were caught, fired, and brought to trial.
