What you have come upon is what is needed for your unfolding your upgrade, your passage into your further advance.
Breathe, allow and then notice your readiness to proceed.
You are not going to proceed as the one that entered this situation but as the one that has evolved as a result of its acquaintance.
That is the measurement of success.
