God said:

You know, beloveds, you want to have dreams beyond yourself. You want to have desires beyond your own. Man does not live by bread alone, and man does not live for himself alone.

Be of benefit to yourself, certainly, and also consider others.

What are you giving? It is not enough for you to take care of your own needs and wants. When you have been blessed, it is for you to bless others. Think of others, beloveds, and find an avenue for your giving. Help widows and orphans. Give your heart, and give your wealth. You have been given in order to give.

Even if you are poor, you will be less poor when you give. But give for no reason but to give.

You are not a free-loader on Earth. When you pluck an apple from a tree, eat it with a good appetite, and be sure to drop the seeds to regenerate the bounty of the Earth.

When you have a dollar, give some of it to one whose heart needs a lift from yours.

If you have ten children and you have all you can do, there is an eleventh child somewhere who needs something from you. Make room in your heart. All the children on Earth are Mine. Are they then not yours?

You do understand that you must give.

You expand your horizons by giving.

Give more than money. But if money is all you can give, then give that.

Give back to the universe, beloveds.

Give back to the hand that feeds you.

I am a Giver, and it is for you to follow in My footsteps.

Giving is not like paying taxes. Give because it is yours to do. Give without being asked, but give.

It is not good for you to think of your needs alone. Think of others’ needs as well.

You do not have to be selfless, yet you must not be selfish. I am talking about your thoughts as well as your actions. Give with your heart and not just your hand.

Build sand castles. Build a beautiful home for yourself. You have earned it. Think of helping someone else have a home as well. No one is to be homeless.

Do not think that you sacrifice by giving. You gain by giving, It is important that you give.

Do not feel superior because you have more and someone else has less. Do not think that they deserve less. Do not think you deserve more. Be glad you have more, and be glad to share. To whatever degree you share, you lift yourself to Heaven, At least, give a thought to someone else. He is your brother.

Gimme, gimme, went out of style long ago. Do not be self-serving. Serve yourself well, and serve others as well.

You are a community of love, and that means you give. It is not your duty to give. It is your blessing to give.

If you have been given, you have been given so that you may give.

Give anonymously when you can so your ego is out of it. Surprise someone with a wonderful gift. All gifts are from Me. Any gift you receive is from God, and any gift you give is from God, I am the Giver, and I am the Receiver.

Give without expectation. It is for you to give and not for you to expect. Give because it is wonderful to give. It will lighten your heart. Give, not until it hurts, but until it feels good.
