Have you been wanting to try meditation but find it difficult to quiet the mind, settle the emotional body and focus? Maybe you’ve read a little and know some of the science of it but every time you try you get distracted or hear thoughts or emotions that you don’t like?
Well first of all, that is natural.
There is nothing wrong with you or your mind.
What I intend in this video is for you to understand why meditation can be helpful for you as a tool and why it is powerful once you know how to use it.
First of all meditation is not a task you do. It’s not a chore.
It is a practice of developing your inner power and creative ability.
I explain it like an art form, because I’m also an artist.
I love photography, directing films and creating inspirational and profound content.
I believe that all media and content has the potential to be meaningful to our lives.
So I’m going to describe meditation to something we can all relate to: photography and films.
We are all artists dreaming our reality into experiences but some of us are unaware of this power.
That’s why meditation is a powerful tool in creation.
When we become aware and meditate we filter out the images that cause us pain, hurt, suffering and replace them with images of laughter, happiness and joy.
Which creates an evolution inside of us, which then manifests as a revolution in life.

So I’m going to go a little deeper in today’s video so we can get a deeper understanding of ourselves and our mind. Our lives are a path we have taken due to our acceptance and our embrace of beliefs and thoughts about ourselves. These come from our domestication, our family, our friends and our environment. So you can say, we have been trained to believe in what we know and think about ourselves from these outside forces.
This is important to know because every thought we think becomes our destiny and our feelings create our path called life.
Whatever we think and feel, so our life will be.
That is the nature of reality and this universe.
So meditation and awareness brings to us is the study of ourselves and the curation of what we want to determine our life to be in terms of images/thoughts and memories/beliefs.
Meditation helps us to re-program our mind of these limiting thoughts and beliefs of ourselves.
This is when we become more self aware and discover we even have the power to think ourselves into ignorance, disease, suffering and even death.
Then you begin to evolve and curate images and thoughts of greatness and unlimited thought.
Which creates a mind of genius, endless creativity and abundant energy which manifests as prosperity.
The more we can experience health, abundance, joy, love, excitement, creative freedom in the mind we will then send it to the body to experience in reality, because we have already become it.
Then you will never experience pain, lack, hurt, suffering, because it is an emotional poison because you are not sending it to your body.
This is the power of meditation when used properly with the science of consciousness and energy.
By practicing meditation, you learn to practice staying in the moment by not acknowledging, any other time than this Now.
The more you contemplate and apply and experience these teachings the more freedom and joy you will become. Then you are curating a mind of only what you want and you become free and alive with life. With energy, with love.
