How Our Ideas Manifest

I’d like to continue with our investigation of what the Company of Heaven calls our collective, world, or consensus consciousness.
The Arcturian Group are the source that has commented most on this subject so I’ll heavily borrow from their teachings here.
To begin with, we find, with the Arcturian Group, that “mind manifests outer experiences both universally and individually from consciousness – general world consciousness and individual.” (1) The outer world is composed of a manifestation of and from our consciousness.
Therefore, “a consciousness filled with the beliefs of duality and separation manifests as experiences of duality and separation.” (2) As within, so without.
We decide on the basis of “having” thoughts, not suspecting that these thoughts simply flow around from the collective consciousness, brought to us by the Law of Attraction.
“It is very important to remember that thoughts you may have are not really yours until you accept them as your own. The thoughts and beliefs of world consciousness are floating around always available to be claimed as truth or not.
“Allowing uninvited thoughts to simply flow through without giving them any importance is a reclaiming of your power and movement into Truth. Resistance to unwanted ideas or thoughts simply gives them a power they do not have.” (3)
They’re always impersonal, until we claim them as our own.
“Thoughts and ideas floating into your thinking from the universal world consciousness are always impersonal – never claim them as yours even if they seem to be coming from within you. Each individual is more receptive to certain types of impersonal beliefs because of past life experiences. Some may find themselves more receptive to universal concepts of health and disease, while others may be more receptive to beliefs about relationship.
“Overwhelming fears like fear of water or heights also indicates energy still held in cellular memory from some past life experience causing them to be more receptive to all the beliefs floating about regarding these issues.” (4)
Once we claim them as our own, they then manifest in the outer world:
“Once these impersonal beliefs find a home in individual consciousness, they will then manifest outwardly, for you are creators. Outer manifestations are your guide posts Dear Ones, indicating to you what needs to be looked at and released within your belief system. Try not to feed these thoughts, but use them as tools.” (5)
If we simply observe the thoughts that come up without attaching to them, we avoid their manifesting in our world.
This then is the mechanism of “within and without” plus attraction, the explanation for how beliefs systems, whether entrenched in our own consciousness or the collective consciousness, manifest in the outside world.
